STIKA - Nature-Led Executive Leadership

The outer terrain
reveals the inner landscape.

Worldwide wilderness executive leadership immersion

Scroll

Leadership that has stopped serving what comes next requires a different kind of examination.

STIKA is a nature-led executive leadership company. We work with senior leaders at the inflection point where the identity that built their success becomes a constraint on what follows. Not through workshops or frameworks - through direct exposure to conditions that are honest enough to show you what is actually there.

The terrain does not accommodate performance. What you bring into it is what you work with. That is the methodology.

Most executive development programs work on behavior. STIKA works on the layer below - the leadership identity that drives behavior. That layer is difficult to examine in an environment that accommodates performance. The terrain doesn't.

In Their Words

What changes when the terrain is honest enough to show you what is actually there.

"The physical challenge created a level of presence and honesty that no boardroom or traditional coaching session could replicate. She knew when to ask a hard question, when to push, and when to create space. It was absolutely substantive - intentional, serious, and genuinely transformative."

Kurt Grover
Sr. Director, Global Strategic Alliances

"A few conversations on that trail gave me more clarity than many formal sessions I have had in the past. I came back with stronger conviction in my decisions and a clearer head than I had in a long time."

Payal Tiwana
Founder and CEO, mvue.ai - Ex Microsoft, Amazon
