The Source is STIKA's spiritual journey program - a multi-day immersion in wilderness for those on a conscious path who are ready to go deeper.
There are no lectures, no stages, no performance. The terrain is the teacher. The hiking is the practice. Each journey moves through the STIKA arc - Exposure, Alignment, Direction - and includes guided meditation at three points along the route, a cacao ceremony, and morning practice each day.
Each Source journey moves through all five elements - concentrated in different forms depending on the terrain.
The ground beneath your feet. Ancient, volcanic, or alpine. Each terrain holds you differently.
Glacial rivers, ancient ice, turquoise lakes. Water in its most uncompromising form.
Geothermal, solar, or the sacred fire felt on these routes for centuries.
The wind. It arrives without asking permission. It takes what it finds.
The silence, the space, the invisible field each location carries. The field from which everything arises.
6 days through Iceland's most energetically active terrain. Rhyolite mountains, glacial rivers, Swan Lake, Thor's forest. The golden grid that connects North America and Tibet runs directly through this trail.
